Q: How do I manage my subscription?

A: Your premium subscription is managed through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

A: On the login screen of the Neumo app, you will find a "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" link. Tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password via your registered email address.

Q: How can I delete my account and all my data?

A: We're sorry to see you go! To request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please send the request from the email address associated with your Neumo account.

Q: I found a bug or have a feature suggestion. Where can I report it?

A: We would love to hear from you! Please send a detailed description of the bug or your suggestion to our support email. If reporting a bug, please include your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro) and iOS version if possible.
